Sürahiler gayet başarılı.servis personeli çok sabırlı,anlayışlı ve menüyle ilgili ileri düzeyde bilgiye sahip. Atmosfer güzel fakat müzik çok yüksek ve yuvarlak masada oturduysanız muhakkak bağırmanız gerek duyulmak için. Menü başarılı ama içerikler yazmıyor.tek tek sormanız gerek,alerjiniz varsa Double check etmenizde fayda var. Ama ama ama kokteyller muazzam.kokteyl için tekrar tekrar tekrar tekrar dönülecek bir yer.

Dinlendirici ve keyifli müzikler, iyi yemekler, güzel ambiyans👌Tek sorun dj'in olduğu dış kısımda boş yer olmasına rağmen almamakta ısrar eden karşılama ekibindeki kadındı. Doğum günü kutlaması olduğu için ısrar ettim fakat umursamaz davrandı, ilgilenmedi. 5 dakika sonra masamızla ilgilenen beyefendiye söylediğimde direkt dış kısma aldı.

Great location in the new beautiful Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus. The restaurant is beautiful. Japanese and Oriental themed cuisines are good, as well as Italian food selections on the menu. Good service, however, the reception of the hostess was not up to the greatness of the restaurant. Taking excellent break in this nice Restaurant is a plus.

Wonderful experience, although they always seem to be full when you try to reserve a table. somehow when you reach they're there is availability. other than that amazing food and great vibes.

Bad food and poor service in comparison to the price , they also cheated and lied to us in the bill and immediately pulled the bill from us when realizing we saw the mistake This is not the level of food or service expected from a chain like Novikov

We went there as it was part of mandarin oriental. Unfortunately we had made a reservation on the same day so water front seating wasn’t made available. The person who made the reservation made it sound like it was based on availability. However when we landed up they said there was no chance we could get the waterside seating as that gets booked weeks in advance. So our feedback is as follows 1) the reservation should clearly say waterside is NOT available 2) environment was very torturous- music was very loud like a night club. Not like a fine dining restaurant. When we asked for a bit of volume reduction - the staff said they would try but it was actually the vibe they were trying to create. Overall noise levels were making the experience very bad 3) sushi was good. Seosanal veg were mediocre. Chinese fried rice were downright devoid of any taste. 4) it is a mad house on Friday evenings. I will avoid this place. For the price you pay you have many other choices. Novikov minus the location /views equals - a loud restaurant with mediocre food. Staff was helpful and service was good.

Good quality food, i can't deny that but the prices are too expensive. I hate loud music when I eat. But that's just me.

One of the best views in Istanbul! Unfortunately the service level is very low! Management to keep an eye on the team and to take care of them… they will then take care of the customers! Lot of frustrated staff working there

الذ نوفكوف اكلت فيه احلى من فرع الرياض ، الطاقم جدا جدا خدوم ومتعاون خاصه الاخ نورهكان الظاهر كذا اسمه اذا ماغلطت ، اسعاره تعتبر غاليه بس يستاهل

, visited this place 5+ times .. first 2 times were pleasent then it went down hill ..racism at it finest , very disgusting!! So basically they will seat u based on ur ethnicity no matter what ur reservation was. U will not get a table with view or a terrace view they will give u all lies to trap u in this glass room full of smoke with your fellow friends from same nationality lol if u know u know .. will bever come back again ! u guys need to learn basic manners . Not to forget the sushi was 3/10 drinks horrible just enjoyed the french fries

Gectigimiz hafta ici bu restorantta aksam yemegi yedik, uc kisi zehirlenme yasadi.. ozellikle esim cok agir bir sekilde zehirlendi ve etkileri halen devam ediyor.. oradan cikarken zaten yemeklerin vasat alti oldugundan ve ortamin da cok karanlik ve bogucu oldugundan bahsetmistik (kis oldugu icin en on denize bakan kisimda degil de bir arkasindaki kis bahcesinde oturuyorsunuz ve zaten herhangi bir deniz kenari atmosferi yok mekanda) uzerine bir de bu zehirlenme olayini yasayinca bizim icin bir daha asla gidilmeyecek mekanlar arasina girdi..

The atmosphere is spectacular and food quality was excellent. What bothers me was the service, the receptionist attitude and slow response of the waiter, took them too long to bring the food on the table.
