Hitit Hotel

Went to Hitit only for lunch. It was a buffet, pretty large spread. It has a huge dining space to cater for tourist groups. The toilets were not well kept, could be because of the large groups of all nationalities, flooding it. I cannot understand why all restaurants Don't give water?? Cannot fathom this? In India the first thing we offer is water.

The room is quite small if compare other 4 stars hotel. But is quite clean and tidy. The double bed is not as big as other 4 star hotel. Location a little bit far from Kusadasi. The food is just average

I were here with my family. The room was decent. It is a 2.5 star hotel not exceed 3 max. Location is quite ok for this area. The service was one of the worse in my travel experience. Dinner was self service and you cannot ask for anything else even a hot water, they want to charge you on everything they can. A cup of hot water cost 1 usd, really??? Even i paid for a buffet and sitting there when i asked for one. Extra drinks of all kinds were expensive and asking without manner. In the morning, we had bf and couldn't find any waiter. I walked to find one and found one sitting at the corner playing smartphone. I asked for salt, he said he didn't have it and continued playing on his phones....... So i say, you should be rated with 1 star.

I have no idea about the rooms but we came here as a group, we were about 50 people and we made use of their food. The food was extremely unfresh and made 15 of us sick including me and ruined the last day of our trip. I will never ever visit this hotel.

Rude and arogant staff. Rooms clean and good variety of food. Close to the city.
