Ali Baba & Mehmet Kebab House

Alibaba & his wife are the dream team! Great food, generous portions, even has menus in Japanese. Definitely recommend, sitting here you make friends since it is a nice side street with walking traffic!

Great food, big portions and chill atmosphere. Kebab with grilled chicken, and kebab with mixed meat are great. Owner was nice and friendly to talk to.

Very nice local place near the Ephesus sites, but outside the hustle and bustle to enjoy a meal. We really enjoyed the shaded seating outside the shop. The freshly squeezed orange juice is a must, and then we ordered a number of different things from the menu. The kebaps were good but needed a bit more sauce or flavor (perhaps we should have ordered one). Fun to watch the turkish pancake get made. The owner, Alibaba, is very friendly and talks about the various businesses underway.

Had a mixed meat combo. The rice is very tasty, fries ok, beef patties, chili beef patties, chicken. The 2 beef was nicely done n juicy. Freshly squuezed Orange juice is sweet too. Overall, good meal. 160 + 30 lira in total.

We stumbled upon Ali Baba & Mehmet Kebab House by chance. The friendly owner could see we needed a little help, which we did, we were looking for Internet, to which he kindly offer us the use of his hot-spot. We sat down and had something to eat and were glad we did... In fact we ended up eating here twice! Food is fresh, affordable and made to order, but of course it is the hospitality of the family who operate the restaurant which makes this little restaurant in Selçuk special.
