We were a big party of people and the staff were amazing in all parts of the hotel, it was just the beginning of the season and very quiet and not everything was open but you still had everything you needed.

Visited this hotel with my family at the start of the kids summers holidays. Booked with Jet2 and for value for money this was excellent. I have visited Turkey before and wasn't overly impressed or in a rush to return but thought this changed when we arrived. The hotel, setting and decor are 5*. The food is good although maybe catered more so for other cultures. There is lots to do so you won't be bored. My biggest issue was the staff/service. Good service was a rarity. The good staff merely did their job, no one ever going above and beyond to make you feel welcome or special. I get it is a big hotel and staff are busy but I have been to many hotels where the service is a 100 times better. Some staff can't speak English, again I understand this may be a lot to ask but when working customer service I would expect the staff to be trained in some common used phrases. One day I got ice cream for my family, asked for vanilla and was about to be given anything, when I asked what flavour the ice creams were the staff didn't understand this simple question. My 12yrs old son would regularly be ignored when trying to order drinks or snacks by the bar staff. The bar staff being the worst of all, they come across as not being interested in the job and very arrogant. This really let's the hotel down as a whole. Like I say there are some good staff but you are lucky if you get these. These are mainly the ones from from Asia and Far East who have a good understanding of languages. The yoga teacher from the entertainment staff is also very friendly. The Turkish staff though are definitely in need of retraining. My son made friends with the man who runs the shop Cashmere so he gets a special mention. I did have an issue were our kettle in the room was leaking water. This had to be reported twice and took 2 days to resolve. I also had to mention to reception our maid failed to replenish our coffee, left us with dirty tea spoons and never replenished our toiletries, the latter never being resolved. At the end of this holiday I was left feeling the same as when I arrived, not over fused about Turkey and in no rush to return.

We returned for the second year on 5th September 2023. We had the most wonderful time, the room was lovely and the food was much improved from the previous year. The staff are friendly and kind and the facilities are superb. We would recommend this hotel to anyone, there were lots of babies, old people like us and young honeymoon couples, good for everyone!

A very large hotel that looks very nice and the grounds were well kept however i dont think its a 5 star a 4 star at absolute best based on having stayed at 5 star hotels elsewhere in Turkey. The hotel is in an isolared area so theres no quick popping to a market or a shop you have to go by bus or taxi. There is also no cash point onsite if needed especially if you want to tip the staff. Our first room we went to as you opened the sliding doors you looked into a 5 foot concrete wall not what you would expect from 5 star. We requested an upgrade but had to pay €180.00. Majority of staff dont understand english and communicating can be a problem. There was a lack of seating at dinner time especially when it got busy.The food was good and plenty to choose from. Entertainment was not well rehearsed by whoever provided it and the kids evening entertainment was in german every night with the same songs blaring loud. The sound system would blare excessively loud until 23:30, some good songs but too excessive if you just wanted to sit outside and enjoy a drink. No other evening entertainment on offer not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Not all the bar staff know how to make drinks properly namely cocktails, you would have a really good one down at the beach bar which was awesome and then later indoors the same one and it was well not great to be fair. The onsite shop lacked products and no prices are displayed prior to purchasing and it is very expensive, almost feels like youre getting ripped of. Would i recommend the hotel, yes but not as a 5 star hotel.

Excellent service, we hat the best holiday. Hotel is beautiful and very clean. Sea was so clear we could see the fish swimming. Lots of variety at the buffet with different food available through the day.Staff were very frendly and helpful.
