I have no idea why others rate this place so low. We were dazzled by the variety of puddings, cakes, and cookies and so glad to find that they served real (non-Nescafe) coffee. We ordered their special pudding and four cookies to share. They were delicious! The hostess/server spoke some English and was kind and patient with our poor Turkish.

Very very Bad,is not korekt,very expensive. they don't have prices on the products, and when they see that you are a foreigner, they charge you the price they want in those Liras of theirs.

One of the only places that opens really early where you can get a really good americano coffee or Turkish coffee along other types like cappucino Do not forget to taste their delicious homemade biscuits, pasteies and deserts

The receptionist at our hotel recommended we try their kurabiye or Turkish cookies. It gets completely packed on weekends or high peak season with the line wrapping around the corner with literally long lines to get inside or order. We went there on a Monday during off peak season. Their orange kurabiye cookies and coffee were outstanding. Their puddings, magnolias, pastries, cheesecakes, profiteroles and savory pastries were out of this world top notch and worth waiting on line or returning to Cunda Island. It’s a famous landmark for good reason. There are no words to fully describe this food journey experience besides exceptional and phenomenal. The quaint street adjacent to the cafe is just as intriguing. Once you visit Cunda and this patisserie you will want to return. It’s worth the wait and every single penny. You won’t be sorry.

Their cookies are amazing! I love the ones made with orange and fresh cheese (lor). Their cookies made with apple paste are also quite tasty, but the ones with mastic are very dry. A pro tip: buy your cookies and eat at home. The place is always very crowded, the tables are not clean and staff is usually sick of serving people. They even do not want to say which cookies they have :/
